Where Does Your Week Actually Go?

A 90-minute hands-on session for your members, built for people who run a business and do not consider themselves technical at all.

$750 flat, however many people show up.

What the session is

Most of the AI advice aimed at small business owners is either a product demo or a list of tools, and neither one answers the question people actually have, which is "where would this fit in MY week?"

So that is what we do for 90 minutes. Your members map out how their own week actually goes — the quoting, the client follow-ups, the invoices, the scheduling back-and-forth, etc. — and then we find the two or three things in that list worth handing to AI, and we test one of them right there in the room.

Nobody watches a slideshow for an hour. People spend most of the session working on something from their own business, which means they leave having done it once already rather than leaving with a to-do.

What your members leave with

01

A short written list of the specific tasks in their own business where AI is worth trying, and just as importantly, where it is not.

02

One of those tasks actually tested during the session, so they have seen it work on their own material instead of on an example from a slide.

03

A plain explanation of what these tools should not be used for — what not to paste in, how to check what comes back, and where they confidently get things wrong.

04

Enough footing to keep going on their own afterward, without needing to buy anything from me.

Who it is for

Members who run the business themselves — trades, creative work, wellness, local service, shops, etc. The session assumes no technical background and no prior experience with any of these tools, and it does not require anyone to admit in front of their peers that they have been avoiding the whole subject.

It works for a mixed room. Members do not need to be in the same industry, because everyone has a week and everyone has a few things in it they keep putting off.

The practical details

Length

90 minutes. It can be trimmed to 60 if that fits your programming better.

Cost

$750 flat, billed to the organization. It does not change with attendance, so you are not forecasting a headcount.

Format

In person anywhere in the Las Vegas area, or virtual.

You provide

The room, wifi, and something to project onto. Members bring a laptop if they have one, though a phone is enough to follow along.

I provide

Everything else, including a short description you can drop straight into your newsletter or event calendar.

No selling

I am not there to pitch your members. There is no sales portion, and no one is added to a mailing list.

How I explain this sort of thing

If you want to see how I teach before you put me in front of your members, the guides on this site are the best sample. They are free, there is no signup, and they are written for exactly the kind of person who would be sitting in that room.
